I was disappointed with how my photo prints turned out. The files I uploaded looked sharp on my end, but the actual prints came back looking soft and blurry, especially around the faces and little details like eyes and hair. Even the edges in the background looked kind of smudged instead of crisp. I kept checking the originals because I thought maybe I missed something, but they were fine. For photo prints, those small details really matter, so I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I was trying to shop on the website but it was kind of a pain. I couldnt find what I was looking for easily, some pages loaded weird, and the checkout just felt confusing. After a few tries I ended up giving up

When my package showed up, the box was crushed and ripped in a few spots. It gave me the impression it had been tossed around without much care, which was disappointing to see before I even opened it.

I even tried their contact form thinking maybe that would work, but nope. At first I was just mildly annoyed, but what are we doing here? Just reply to your customers. I don’t think I’d order again if getting a simple response is this difficult...
